Obituary: Addie Joan Beard Miller

Addie Joan Beard Miller, 75, of Antioch, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at the home of her nephew in Belfast.

Mrs. Miller was a native of Marshall County. She was retired from South Central Bell as a sales representative and was a member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sammie and Bonnie Blackwell Beard; husband, James Miller; and sisters, Mildred Braden and Hildred Hastings.

She is survived by her sister, Hazel Glasscock of the Wheel Community; two nephews; and one niece.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m Wednesday, Sept. 9, in Lone Oak Cemetery.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
