Mrs. McGlasson was born in the Farmington Community of Marshall County. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Shelbyville Women's Club, the Garden Club, and the United Methodist Women's Circle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Clair and Vera Rebecca Wilson Musgrave; husband, Jack McGlasson; and siblings, Evelyn Massey, Clara Searcy, Melba Culbertson, Delle Bowden, and Buddy Musgrave.
She is survived by her son, Tommy (Patricia) Hawkins of Lewisburg; sister, June Orr of Alexandria, Ky.; sister-in-law, Marie Musgrave of Farmington; grandchildren, Hale (Kathryn) Hawkins, Re (Kirk) Kelso, and Tim Hawkins; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Reverend David Adams officiating, followed by burial on Thursday, Sept. 24, in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
