Obituary: Beatrice Noma Franklin

Beatrice Noma Franklin, 75, of Lewisburg, died Monday Oct. 26, 2009, at her residence.

Mrs. Franklin was a native of Mize, Ky. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel G. Puckett and Rose Mae Ross;

husband, Cecil Leon Franklin; and seven sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Lee Franklin of Yuma, Ariz. and Lloyd Franklin of Manchester, Tenn.; daughters, Rosa Lou Borowski of Rockwood, Mich., Wanda G. Franklin of Arizona and Yvonne Lewis of Southgate, Mich.; sister, Shirley Ross of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Oct. 28, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home. Mrs. Franklin will be cremated and will be interred in Sunset Park Cemetery at a later date.
