Signups for Marshall County Youth Baseball and Softball will be held each Saturday in January. They will be held in Lewisburg, Cornersville and Chapel Hill. More information will be released later.
The Marshall County Recycling Convenience Centers will be open from 7 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 6 p.m. on Dec. 23, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 24, and will be closed on Dec. 25.
The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities will be closed Thursday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 25.

The Marshall County Memorial Library will be closed Dec. 24, 25, 26, and 27, and Jan. 1, 2, and 3. The library will be open from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 21, 22, 28, and 29; and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 23, 30, and 31.

The Town of Cornersville will hold its regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public and all citizens are welcome to attend.
The Alzheimer's Association will hold a free Lunch and Learn for caregivers from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, in the gymnasium of the First Presbyterian Church, 101 Mulberry Avenue, Fayetteville. John Hill, attorney with Fraley & Hill, will speak on "Eldar Care Law." The meeting is free of charge and lunch is provided by the Lincoln County Advisory Committee. Anyone caring for someone affected by Alzheimer's or a related disease is encouraged to attend.
