Obituary: Josephine Stafford

Josephine Stafford, 87, of Lewisburg, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at NHC Oakwood.

She was a native of Trenton, Texas, and was retired from Cosmolab. She was a member of the Church Street Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Marion and Sally Pearl Starnes Austin; husband, Jim Allen Stafford; sisters, Helen Green and Thelma Rowland; and brother, J.W. Austin.

She is survived by four nieces, Bettie Ann Coxon, Janice May, and Felecie Doggett, all of Lewisburg, and Mary Ruth Massey of Nashville; and a nephew, Ray Green of Lewisburg.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Feb. 8, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Lone Oak Cemetery.
