Donald Lewis Patterson, 69, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, March 4, 2010, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Patterson was a native of McNairy County. He was a graduate of California State University and was a Quality Control Engineer with Teledyne Inc. He was a veteran of the Navy and a member of Friendship Baptist Church at Culleoka.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Lewis Patterson and Mary Boone Patterson.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Bryant Patterson of Lewisburg; daughter, Honora (David) Mitchell of Oakland, Calif.; sons, Donald Lewis Patterson of San Francisco and Richard Louis Patterson of Berkeley, Calif.; stepdaughter, Mindy Hooten, and stepson, Will Thomason, both of Lewisburg; grandchildren, James and Emma Mitchell; and four brothers, Jerald Patterson of Carlsbad, N.M., Melvin Patterson of Alberquerque, N. M., Eugene and Rick Patterson both of Deming, N.M.
Funeral services for Mr. Patterson were held Saturday, March 6, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Clark Albright and Bob Rush officiating, followed by burial in Bryant Cemetery in Mooresville.
