Henry-Foster Crutcher, 74, of Nashville, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at his residence.
Mr. Crutcher grew up in Lewisburg and graduated from Jones High School where he was an avid football player. He professed Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized in 1986.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Frances Crutcher Sr.; sister, Christine; and brothers, William and Robert Bob Crutcher Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Loretta M. Crutcher; three daughters, Mrs. Deborah R. Jackson and Denise D. Crutcher, all of Rochester, N.Y., and Michelle O'Neal of Beaver Falls, Pa.; four sons, Michael D. Gross, Kevin F. Gross, Corey M. Gross, and David J. Crutcher, all of Rochester, N.Y.; two sisters, Rosetta Evans of New Brighton, Pa. and Annette Gentry of Lewisburg; sister-in-law, Ozella Crutcher of Pittsburgh, Pa.; 28 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held from 10 a.m. until noon Wednesday, April 7, at the Lewisburg Family Life Center, 426 Heil Quaker Avenue, followed by funeral services at noon with Brother Gary Davis officiating. Burial will ensue at Cook Memorial Cemetery.
