Thefts and vandalism reported:

* A Lewisburg resident's Social Security number was used to open an account with T-Mobile and the bill is now $1,599. The person whose number was used learned of the theft from his credit report.

* Tools worth $1,350 were reportedly taken from the shop building of a home on Franklin Pike. The tools included air impact wrenches, gear wrenches, and ratchet sets.

* A 2005 red Honda CRF80 dirt bike, worth $1,100, was stolen from the garage of a home on Anes Station Road on or about April 26. The serial number is JH2HE610X5K408852.

* A 5x10 foot P&T trailer with a mesh back-panel ramp, and a TSC 4-foot drag that was on the trailer, worth a total of $1,000, were stolen between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. May 5 from a residence on Beasley Road, Chapel Hill. The VIN number of the trailer is V443555155.

* The back window of a 1998 Ford Windstar van, which will cost $750 to replace, was broken between 8 a.m. May 7 and 5:30 a.m. May 8, while the van was parked in the lot at Durango Boot Co. on Crutcher Road. The lot had barrier tape across the entrances.

* $650-worth of jewelry was stolen from a trailer at Embers East trailer park between 10:30 and 11 p.m. May 5.

* A Ruger .22 caliber Mark III semi-automatic pistol, serial number 270-82495, valued at $300, was stolen from a residence on Lunn's Store Road, Chapel Hill. The homeowner gave Marshall County Sheriff's deputies the name of a former houseguest who might have taken the pistol.

* Duane A. Mathena, 30, East Commerce Street. Bond: $27,000; court date: June 29.

Charges: possession of Schedule II and Schedule VI drugs for resale, child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession of Schedule IV and III drugs.

* Evelyn Marie Sorrells, 33, East Commerce Street. Bond: $4,000; court date: June 29.

Charges: criminal responsibility for facilitation of a felony and child endangerment.

Arrested and charged with criminal impersonation and driving without a license:

* Eduardo L. Barajas, 22, Belfast. Bond: $3,500; court date: June 7. Barajas' real name and date of birth were learned from a prior booking sheet when Lewisburg Police Officer Larry Hazelwood took him to jail.

Arrested and charged with domestic assault:

* Shannon M. Perryman, 28, Fayetteville Highway. Bond: $1,000; court date: June 7. Perryman was also served with a criminal summons for harassment which has a court date of May 24.

* Katie M. Mason, 20, Rutledge Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: not specified.

* Beverly K. Meek, 55, West Commerce Street. Bond: $500; court date: June 14.

Arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license:

* Billy J. Rhiner, 45, 3rd Avenue North. Bond: $500; court date; June 14. Also cited for expired tag and no proof of insurance.

Arrested and charged with criminal trespass:

* Victoria S. Cordova, 21, 5th Avenue North. Bond: $500; court date: June 7.

* Penny B. Coyle, 40, Old Belfast Road. Bond: $500; court date: June7.
