cup peanut butter

cup powdered sugar

cup raisins

cup Rice Krispies cereal

cup honey

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls and roll in additional crispy cereal. Place on wax paper.

This recipe is for the kids. It is easy to make and real nutritious.


5 eggs

1 1/3 cups white corn syrup

cup sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

grated rind of 1 lemon

cup melted butter or margarine

Beat eggs well. Add corn syrup, sugar, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind. Add melted butter or margarine; beat to mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 35 minutes longer.


1 cups creamed cottage cheese

2 eggs

cup sugar

teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

Have a graham cracker crust ready. (I bought mine.) Bake in a 350-degree oven for 7 minutes.

Beat cottage cheese until almost smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add sugar and salt, cornstarch, sour cream and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cover pie with the following pineapple glaze.

Mix cup undrained crushed pineapple, 2 tablespoons orange juice, and 2 teaspoons cornstarch. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and spread over pie. Chill and serve.


(makes 2 pies)

2 sticks margarine

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup coconut

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup chocolate chips

Melt margarine in heavy pan, add chips; heat and stir until chips are melted. Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into two unbaked pie crusts (I use the shallow ones). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


1/3 cup oleo

1 cups sugar

1 large tablespoon flour

2 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1 (3 oz.) can coconut

Cream oleo, sugar and flour until fluffy. Add eggs, milk and coconut. Mix well and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.


1 cup sugar

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed and drained

3 bananas, diced

1 (8 oz.) box Cool Whip

Mix all together; keep refrigerated.


(makes 2 9-inch pies)

4 whole eggs, beaten until foamy

1 stick margarine or butter, melted

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 cup coconut

Mix together well and pour into 2 shallow unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until firm to the touch, about 30-45 minutes.
