Obituary: Dwight Edwin Dunaway

Dwight Edwin Dunaway, 63, of Unionville, died Tuesday, June 1, 2010.

A native of Marshall County, he was a son of the late Price Dunaway and Margaret Hobbs Dunaway, who survives.

Mr. Dunaway was a retired machine operator with Stanley Tools. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Street.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Penny R. Dunaway of Unionville; two sons, Eddie and John Dunaway, both of Unionville; two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Gillian Dunaway; two sisters, Sandra Woodard of Lewisburg and Connie Prosser of Mt. Juliet; and his brother, Larry Dunaway of Alabama.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, June 4, from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Aubrey Knois officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery in Bedford County.
