Letter: Vandal apologizes for disrespecting plaque

Dear Marshall County,

I apologize for the disrespect that I may have shown to anyone, or to a veteran or their family by participating in throwing a war memorial off of a bridge. I don't know what I was thinking because it was disrespectful. I did not intentionally mean to offend anyone. I would just like to apologize and I am truly sorry.
