The Marshall County High School Tigers and Tigerettes will be conducting their third annual Soccer Skills Camp from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, and 9 to noon Saturday, Aug. 7, at the MCHS soccer field in Lewisburg. This is a fundraiser and a preparatory session for the upcoming AYSO season. Junior Auxiliary of Lewisburg has begun their annual "Stuff That Bus School Supply Drive," accepting monetary and school supply donations to assist Marshall County's underprivileged children with school supplies for the upcoming year. JAL will be at Wal-Mart from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4 and from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5. Cornersville Middle School students' homeroom teachers will be posted on the front door of CHS on Friday afternoon, July 30. After getting the schedule from their homeroom teacher, 7th graders and their parents will have orientation in the auditorium.

Marshall County High School students may pick up schedules on Friday, July 30. 11th and 12th grades: 9 to 11 a.m.; 9th and 10th grades: noon to 2 p.m. No schedules will be given out early, but they may be picked up at the times given, or any time thereafter.


The annual Jones Park Picnic and Horseshoe Tournament will be held Saturday, July 31, at Jones Park.
