Arrested at Marshall County jail on warrants sworn by agents of the 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force

* Tonya L. Green, 39, 4th Avenue North. Bond: $75,000; court date: Sept. 28. Green is charged with two sales of Percocet, a Schedule II drug, to a confidential informant; two conspiracies to distribute Percocet; and conspiracy to distribute Roxycet, also a Schedule II drug.

Arrested and charged with possession of cocaine for resale, resisting arrest, and driving on a revoked license

* William R. Hurt, 46, Heil Avenue. Bond: $17,500; court date: Sept. 13.

Arrested on a warrant for delivery of a Xanax, a Schedule IV controlled substance, and two warrants for contributing to the delinquency of a minor

* Justin E. Trombley, 19, Franklin Pike. Bond: $7,000; court date: Sept. 21.

Arrested and charged with violation of an order of protection

* Bobby Glenn Harris, 49, Spring Place Road. Bond: $3,500; court date: Sept. 24. Additional charge: possession of marijuana. $8,955.95 cash was seized from Harris, pending an investigation for forgery and theft, according to a property receipt signed by Marshall County Sheriff's Department Deputy Tony Nichols.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* A Nissan Altima and a Dodge truck were vandalized while parked at Saddlewood Apartments between Aug. 15 and 16. They were scratched with a metal object and also dented. Estimated cost to repair both vehicles totals $ 2,250. Eight other vehicles were damaged in a similar manner at the same location, and owners told police they thought the vandalism was being done during the daytime hours.

* Between Aug. 20 and 21, someone drove through a fence near the intersection of Blackwell Road and Sweeney Lane, causing an estimated $1,000-worth of damage. Some vehicle parts were located in the area where the fence was damaged.

* A 32" LG flatscreen TV, that was rented from Bestway, was stolen from a home on 7th Avenue South. Bestway values the TV at $1,000.

* A wallet containing identification and $700 was taken from an apartment on Franklin Avenue. The wallet and ID were later found, but the cash was gone.

* A Visa debit card that was accidentally left in the Bank of America ATM on Aug. 12 was used later that day to withdraw $600 from the victim's savings account.

* A change machine at Big Kahuna Car Wash was vandalized, but there was no money inside because the owner had collected it the previous evening. Damage to the change machine is estimated at $500.

* Between 7 and 11:30 p.m. Aug. 17, someone broke in to a home on 3rd Avenue North and took prescription medicine, and a purse with identification and a food stamp card. The damage to the door frame was estimated at $250.

* A woman bought a cherry entertainment center at an auction on Midway Street for $80, but someone else took it while she was gone to get a truck to transport the cabinet.

* Reginald Kyvon Davis, 19, Hopkins Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: Sept. 13. Davis was also charged with vandalism because he broke the screen of the family's TV, which was said to be worth $1,000.
