Obituary: Nancy Sager French

Nancy Sager French, 71, of Chapel Hill, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2010.

A native of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. French was a daughter of the late Curtis and Donnar Basham Sager. She was a retired dog groomer from Brentwood Veterinary.

Survivors include her husband, Carl French of Chapel Hill; three daughters, Carla Dawn Barrett of Antioch, Brenda Adams of North Carolina, and Bridget Adams of Hendersonville; two sons, Michael French of Chapel Hill and Jerry French of Pegram; a sister, Sarah Sager of Florida; a brother, Carl Woods of Smithville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. French was cremated and no services are scheduled.

Lawrence Funeral Home and Cremation Services was in charge of arrangements.
