Obituary: Rita Davis

Rita Davis, 80, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011, in Maury Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Davis was a Petersburg native and daughter of the late Carl Dee and Vivia Taylor Renegar. She was a homemaker and member of the East Commerce Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bernard Lee Davis of Lewisburg; son, Randal Davis, and daughter, Bonnie Rogers, both of Winchester; brother, Eugene Renegar of Taft; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will be at London Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14, for visitation.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Medium Cemetery.
