Ronald Gary Gray, 55, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011.
Ronald spent most of his working career as a teacher of vocational education in the State of Tennessee's public schools.
In 1997 he was diagnosed with lung cancer and made a successful fight against the disease. He suffered a second cancer that caused his death.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Gray; son, Matthew Gray; three stepdaughters, Lee Ann Cosby, Michelle Mayes, and Melissa (Darrin) Hawkins; two grandchildren, Cadin and Kaylan Hawkins; a loving father and mother, Willis and Peggy Gray of Lewisburg; four brothers, Michael (Kathy) Gray, Robert (Rose) Gray, Richard Gray, and Willis Paul (Leigh-Ann) Gray.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at Forrest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville. Visitation was held from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, and from 9 a.m. until noon Wednesday.
Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday.
Burial and graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at Sunset Park, Lewisburg.
