I believe spring is going to make it. There was never any doubt. It's official next Sunday, March 20. Has anyone told Mother Nature? Sometimes she gets a little confused.

The Chapel Hill United Methodist Church will hold a Spring Revival from Sunday, March 20, through Tuesday, March 22. Come enjoy a potluck supper each night at 5 p.m. An inspirational message will follow at 6:30 p.m.

The Book Fair at Chapel Hill Elementary School begins Monday, March 21. "Grands are Sweet Day" is Tuesday, March 22. Students may invite grandparents or anyone else who is special to them to visit the book fair during the day. "Parent Night" at the Book Fair will be Thursday, March 24, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Kindergarten registration at CHES takes place Thursday, March 24, from 3 until 6 p.m. Parents, get all the necessary papers ready to have your "kindergartener" registered. The time from kindergarten until high school graduation will go by faster than you think. Cherish this time!

The Forrest Rockets middle school baseball team will host the game with Cornersville on Friday, March 18, starting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 21, will find them in Fayetteville for a game with Lincoln County at 5 p.m. and Tuesday, March 22, will see them back in Chapel Hill for a game with Liberty at 4:30 p.m.
