Obituary: Reva Pruitt

Reva Pruitt, 89, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, March 24, 2011, at NHC Lewisburg.

Mrs. Pruitt was a native of Lincoln County, the daughter of the late Shelby and Flossie Grammer Price. She was a homemaker and member of the Pentecostal Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Pruitt; two sons, James and Bobby Pruitt; two brothers, Wesley and Sam Price; and one granddaughter.

She is survived by two sons, Shelby Pruitt of Dechard and Lee Pruitt of the Wheel Community; a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Ward of Elora; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, March 26, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Flintville Cemetery.
