Marshall County veterinarians will offer rabies vaccinations at the reduced rate of $8 for the month of April. Tennessee law requires all cats and dogs three months of age and older to be vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. There have already been three cases of rabies confirmed in Marshall County this year.

Marshall County Law Enforcement Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, in the training room at 209 1st Avenue North, Lewisburg.

The group is free of charge and can be beneficial to anyone caring for a loved one suffering with memory impairment and confusion.
