Thefts reported

* Twenty-seven pieces of All Clad cookware, valued at $6,379.95, were stolen from the carport of a home on Verona Caney Road sometime during the first week of April.

* Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. April 12, two loaded handguns were stolen from a home on Umbles Road. They were a Colt Lawman Mark III .357 magnum six-shot revolver, serial number T(or J) 41607, worth $500, and a Para-Ordinance P-1445R .45 caliber semiautomatic pistol with a 14-round magazine, serial number RL 6607, worth $750.

* A Sig Sauer .45 caliber pistol, serial number COD-734, worth $681, was allegedly stolen during the aggravated assault of a Cornersville man by two people who threatened him and took the gun.

* While a 1984 Dodge pickup was parked at Big Momma's Country the evening of April 16-17, a radio worth $90, and some tools, a Daisy pellet rifle and pellet pistol, some window tint rolls and a license plate, worth a total of $366, were stolen from the truck.

* A young Lewisburg man told police he set down his wallet and cell phone while he was filling his drink at McDonalds about 6 p.m. April 14 and forgot to pick them up. When his mother called the phone, it was answered by "Crystal," who claimed she had bought the phone for $50 from "Little Wayne," according to the report by Lewisburg Police Department Officer Clyde Ragsdale. A Tennessee driver's license, a CB&S Bank debit card, and a Progressive auto insurance card were also lost.

* A Lewisburg woman reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department that someone broke in to her deceased father's home by prying the padlock off the back door. She had no idea how much the stolen items were worth, but told Deputy Layne Worsham the following items were missing: cedar box, antique lamp, sewing machine, jewelry box, Elvis collectibles, Aladdin lamp, Victrola record player, small rocking chair, wooden toy box, two guitars, kitchen cabinet, handsaw with a picture painted on it, mounted catfish, iron birdcage and a red toolchest full of tools.

* Angela Frierson, 49, Columbia. Bond: $7,500; court date: May 2.

* Reginald Kyvon Davis, 19, Hopkins Avenue. Bond: $7,500; court date: May 3. Davis was also charged with violation of bond conditions and on this charge he is held without bond for court on May 9.

* James E. Hargrove Jr., 52, Elm Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 2.

* Bryan Nicholas Hazel, 28, Jackson Avenue. Bond: $2,000; court date: May 2. Two counts of assault.

* Brandy Dawn Forrest, 34, 7th Avenue North. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 16.

* Nolan F. Parrish, 26, Saddlewood Drive. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 9. Parrish was also served with a Marshall County warrant for violation of probation and this warrant orders him held without bond.

* Raymond Cochran, 26, 3rd Avenue North. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 2.

* William F. Pruitt, 66, Louisville, Ky. Bond: $2,500; court date: May 9. Pruitt was also charged with violation of the implied consent law. Pruitt's passenger, Danny Ray Holt, 66, Columbia, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. According to LPD Officer Larry Hazelwood's report, Holt stated he and Pruitt had "drank half a gallon of vodka" riding around and that they "have been on the road for two months together."

* Kayla M. Langley, 18, Cornersville Road. Bond not specified; court date: May 16. Langley was also charged with underage consumption of alcohol.

* Israel Antonio Velasquez, 28, Preston Avenue. Bond: $500; court date: May 9. Velasquez was also cited for no insurance, failure to drive within lane, and registration violation.

* Jeffery D. Mitchell, 20, Woodlawn Avenue. Bond: $500; court date: May 2.

* Sharon L. Fralix, 29, Villa Green. Bond: $500; court date: May 2.

* Thomas A. Robinson, 31, Martin Avenue. Bond: $500; court date: May 9. City Court Judge Roger Brandon held Robinson in contempt when he appeared in City Court on April 11 after drinking a 24-ounce Bud Light beer.

While at Marshall County Jail, Jody Lee Lindsey, 46, Clarksville, was served with a warrant for violation of the sex offender registry law. Bond on this warrant: $3,000; court date: May 3. Lindsey was booked into the jail on March 16 on unrelated charges, and the jail did not become aware of his sex offender status until April 8.

* Jonathan S. Howard, 23, Nashville. Bond: $1,000; court date: May 9. Howard was also served with a Marshall County warrant for violation of probation, and on this warrant he is held without bond for court on April 19.
