Gently used children's clothing, toys and accessories will be available from the Angel's Closet at Heaven Sent Children Inc., 307 N. Walnut St, Murfreesboro, twice a month. Registration is open for a Mini Cheer Camp to be held from June 13 to 16 in the Lewisburg Recreation Center gym. The camp is for four to 10 year olds, and will be directed by MCHS cheerleaders. To sign up, call Becky at 359-1593 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The 197th meeting of the Rock Creek Bible Society will take place at Bethbirei Church at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 7, There will be a business meeting and worship service followed by a potluck luncheon. Thomas Smith will be the guest speaker.

The Chapel Hill Youth Football League will be have football and cheerleader signups in the old gym at Forrest School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7. League fees are due at time of registration. No late registrations will be accepted.

The MCYFL will hold a football/cheerleading combine from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 7. There will be sign-ups as well. After the combine, the monthly Board Meeting will be held. Coaches for Pee-Wee and cheerleading are needed.

A free Maury County History Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at the Maury County Park, Columbia. This event includes tiny train rides, living history demonstrations, re-enactments and hands-on fun, fair food, and programs for the whole family. The Alzheimer's Association Marshall County Caregiver Support Group will meet at noon Thursday, May 12, at the Senior Citizens Center, 230 College St, Lewisburg. This month the group will have a time of sharing and caring. The group is free and can be beneficial to anyone caring for a loved one suffering with memory impairment and confusion.
