Registration is open for a Mini Cheer Camp to be held from June 13 to 16 in the Lewisburg Recreation Center gym. The camp is for four to 10 year olds, and will be directed by MCHS cheerleaders. To sign up, call Becky at 359-1593 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Marshall County Emergency Communications District Board of Directors will hold their regular meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the Marshall County EOC, 230 College St, Lewisburg.

The Town of Chapel Hill Park and Recreation Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the Police and Fire Department, 119 North Horton Parkway.

The Mother-to-Mother Breastfeeding Support Group will meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the West Seventh Street Church of Christ, Columbia. for more information, call 931-490-7074.

The 11th Annual Senior Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the Mall in Columbia. There will be live music, door prizes and free health clinics. Free lunch for the first 400 registered seniors (50 and over).

The Lewisburg Police Department will conduct a Law Enforcement Memorial Service at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 19, in Rock Creek Park, weather permitting. The ceremony is to honor officers who've given their lives in service to their community. Other local, state and regional law enforcement agencies are to participate including a fly-over by a Tennessee Highway Patrol helicopter.

Lewisburg Electric System will close at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 19, for an employee meeting. Make payments at the Night Drop. In case of emergency, call 359-2544.

The FCE meeting will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 19, in the classroom at the Senior Citizens Center, 230 College St, Lewisburg.

The 6th Annual Petersburg Lions Club Walking Horse Show will start at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Lions Pride Park. There will be plenty of good home cooking. Bring chairs and get a place near the ring early - this will be a big show! Rain date: 1 p.m. Sunday, May 22.
