Weather of all kinds set for Chapel Hill

Friday, May 20, 2011

Tennessee is definitely the place to move if you're tired of the weather where you are. Hot, cold, wet or dry -- we have it. We can even provide all of those within a week.

Graduation time is here. The kindergarten classes at CHES graduate Friday, May 20 at 8 a.m.

The seniors at Forrest High School will cross the stage Saturday, May 21, in the Forrest gym and start "life after Forrest".

And the students in the 5th grade at CHES will receive their diplomas Tuesday, May 24 at 9 a.m. and be ready to begin "life at Forrest" in the Fall.

Congratulations to all these students, their teachers and parents for their hard work, persistence and patience.

The Forrest Alumni Association will host baseball and softball games Saturday, June 4 at the Forrest High School baseball/softball fields.

The softball game begins at 6 p.m. and will be followed by the baseball game at 7:30 p.m.

Don't throw your admission ticket away. You can redeem it at the concession stand for a hot dog supper.

This sounds like a great Saturday night, and the weather "should" be perfect.

Have a wonderful week and Congratulations to all our graduates.
