Obituary: Kenneth Wayne Baker Sr.

Kenneth Wayne Baker Sr., 40, of Minor Hill, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011, at Hillside Hospital in Pulaski.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Baker of Minor Hill; father, Elmo Baker Sr. (Nancy) of Belfast; mother, Mae Chilton (Marcus) of Lewisburg; sons, Kenneth Wayne Baker Jr. of Pennsylvania, and Brandon Abernathy and Brian Abernathy, both of Pulaski; brothers, Elmo J. Baker Jr. of Lewisburg and James Baker (Aimee) of Fort Sill, Okla.; sister, Tymna Baker Lee (Jackie) of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Trent, Lexi, Isaiah, and Wyatt Abernathy; niece, Allycia Baker DeCaire (Justin) of Tampa; and nephew, Christopher "Buster" Garrard of Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Carr & Erwin Chapel, with interment in Lone Oak Cemetery.
