Obituary: William Arthur Bowden Sr.

William Arthur Bowden Sr., 58, of Franklin, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011, at his residence.

Mr. Bowden was a native of Marshall County and the son of the late Roy Bowden and Delle Musgrave Bowden. He was a MRI Tech, a veteran of the Armed Services and associated with Jehovah Witness.

In addition to his parents, a son William Arthur Bowden Jr., preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Ann Warren Bowden of Franklin; one daughter, Andrea Bowden Andrews of Franklin; one brother, Rocky Bowden of Lewisburg; two sisters, Susan (Eddie) McKnight of Lewisburg and Evelyn Levi of Cornersville; one grandson, Cameron Bowden; and seven nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Bowden were Tuesday, May 31, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with burial in the Bowden Family Cemetery.
