Pauline N. Calahan, 87, of Lewisburg, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at NHC- Lewisburg.

A native of Marshall County, she was the daughter of the late Fannie Pearl Logue and Ernest P. Neathery. She was a housewife and a member of the Parkview Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph V. Calahan (1986), one infant daughter, several brothers and sisters, and one grandson, John Patrick Wilson (1989).

Survivors include five daughters, Patricia Osborne of Lewisburg, Rebecca Calahan of Murfreesboro, Edna Cozart of Lewisburg, Johnnie Ann West of Lewisburg and Debbie Montgomery of Lewisburg; two sons, Ernie Calahan of Cornersville and James Calahan of Lewisburg; and one brother, Milton W. Neathery of Athens, Ga. Three granddaughters, 11 grandsons, and eight great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Calahan will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, from Parkview Baptist Church with Thomas B. Sumners officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Park Cemetery.
