DiAnn Phylis Haack

DiAnn Phylis Haack, 66, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Williamson Medical Center.

Mrs. Haack was a native of Decorah, Iowa, and daughter of the late Lester Daniels and Marceline Gerleman Daniels of Milwaukee, Wisc. She was a housewife and member of the Catholic Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Roger Charles Haack of Lewisburg; two sons, Cameron Haack of Lewisburg and Craig Haack of Indianapolis, Ind.; daughter, Kris Morton of Chapel Hill; and four grandchildren, Hannah O'Neal, Katie Morton, John Morton, and Allie Morton.

A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, from the chapel of London Funeral Home.

The family will be at London Funeral Home from 2 until 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, for visitation.

London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
