About 4:30 a.m. Jan. 1, Lewisburg Police officers found an 18-year-old and several juveniles walking behind City Hall. Zachary D. Salyer, 18, East Ewing Street, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, underage consumption and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $5,000; court date: Feb. 13. Because of what the juveniles told police officers, according to the report by Officer Amanda Binkley, law enforcement officials went to the East Ewing Street address where they found more juveniles drinking alcohol. Arrested at the house and charged with four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor were James W. Goetz (or Griffin), 19, and Whitley Green, 20. Their bond was set at $4,000 each; court date: Feb. 13.

* James S. Payne, 40, Chapel Hill. Bond: $2,000; court date: Jan. 10. Additional charge: violation of the implied consent law.

* Bernard A. Leonard, 37, Culleoka. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13. Also cited for no insurance.

* Scott Lee Libs, 40, Verona Caney Road. Held without bond for court on Feb. 13. This is allegedly Libs' second DUI. He was also charged with violation of the implied consent law.

* Carol S. Rogers, 50, Saint Anne Street. Bond: $1,500; court date: Feb. 13. Additional charge: violation of the implied consent law.

* Jason N. Mills, 35, Verona Caney Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: Jan. 31. Additional charge: resisting arrest. On New Year's Eve Marshall County Sheriff's deputies made two visits to Mills' home because of complaints of loud music and yelling.

* Cameron S. Allen, 18, Lynnwood Drive. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13. Additional charge: underage consumption.

* Jennifer Jacobson, 33, Cornersville Road. Bond: $500; court date: Feb. 13.

* Samuel P. Tidwell, 41, Hopkins Bridge Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: Jan. 24.

* Kimberly C. Dobbins, 33, West Commerce Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13.

* Megan B. Harris, 20, Martin Avenue. Bond: $1,500; court date: Feb. 6. Additional charge: underage consumption.

* William A. McLean, 23, South Ellington Parkway. Bond: $1,500; court date: Feb. 13. Also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, and cited for no insurance.

* Timothy K. Upchurch, 49, River Road. Bond: $2,500; court date: Feb. 6. Additional charges: possession of drugs without a prescription and unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon. According to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Clyde Ragsdale, Upchurch refused to sign bond conditions. He remained jailed as of noon Jan. 3.

* James E. Woodard, 28, Woodlawn Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13.

Turned himself in on a warrant for domestic assault

* David Lee White, 27, Highland Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13.

* Steven L. Lentz, 40, South Ellington Parkway. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13. Lentz was also served with a criminal summons for violation of probation.

* Tremaine M. Brown, 20, Old Farmington Road. Bond: $2,000; court date: Feb. 13. Additional charge: harassment.

* James W. Newsom, 29, Tullahoma. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13.

Arrested and charged with violation of bond conditions

* Tyler Keith Parrish, 24, Cornersville Road. Held without bond for court on Feb. 13. According to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Amanda Binkley, Parrish was arrested for domestic assault on Dec. 30, and signed bond conditions agreeing that he would stay away from his victim. He was back in her apartment on Dec. 31 and she called law enforcement. In connection with the same assault, Joseph Ciszewski, 22, Cornersville Road, was also arrested. His bond was set at $1,000; court date: Feb. 13. Ciszewski is reportedly the brother of Parrish's victim.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* A 2011 Dodge truck was "keyed" all the way around, and one of the tires was slashed, while it was parked for 10 minutes at an apartment on Nashville Highway while the owner visited a family member. Cost of repair was estimated at $6,800. The victim gave police the name of a suspect.

* A Lewisburg Tribune newspaper rack, valued at $475, was stolen between 5 a.m. Dec. 23, when an employee put papers in the rack, and 5 a.m. Dec. 28, when the employee went back to put in new papers. The rack was in front of the old Tribune building on 1st Avenue South.

* Metal steps worth $200 were stolen from their place near the dumpster behind Shoney's sometime between 10:20 p.m. Dec. 21 and 10 p.m. Dec. 22.

* Sometime between Dec. 29 and Jan. 1, a Garmin GPS valued at $129 was stolen from the passenger floorboard of an unlocked Chevy Avalanche parked at the owner's home on West Cedar Street.

* About 11:45 p.m. Dec. 22, two black males entered Eastside Liquors, took three bottles of alcohol, valued at $96.71, and left without paying. When an employee tried to stop them at the door, one suspect bumped into her, "almost causing her to fall," according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Jennifer McDonald.

* On Dec. 27, someone broke into the First Presbyterian Church on the square in Lewisburg and took $80 from a lockbox in the office. The glass of the office door was pushed in, and two window screens were cut on the side of the building.

* Christopher Lee Flynt, 28, Finley Beech Road. Bond: $5,000; court date: Jan. 24.

Arrested on a state warrant for failure to appear and a criminal summons for criminal trespass

* John E. Scott Jr., 37, McLean Road. Bond: $1,000; court date: Jan. 10. In connection with Scott's arrest, Phyllis D. Sanders, 44, McLean Road, was also arrested and charged with prevention/obstruction of a legal writ or process. Her bond was set at $3,000; court date: Jan. 24. According to the report by Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Drew Binkley, Sanders at first refuse to admit Scott was in the house, and then gave a false name for him. Deputies went to the house just after midnight on Dec. 28 because neighbors complained about loud music.

* Laura M. Aviles, 31, Adams Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: Feb. 13. This is allegedly Aviles' second offense of driving on suspended.
