Arrested and charged with driving under the influence

* Tyrall A. Henderson, 43, Shelbyville. Bond: $8,000; court date: March 19. This is allegedly Henderson's fourth DUI, and he was driving on a revoked license. At the same time, his passengers were arrested and charged with public intoxication. They were:

* Clarence R. Freeman, 43, Shelbyville. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 19.

* Larry V. Hampton, 36, Antioch. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 19.

According to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Shaun Crawford, the three men were found asleep in an S10 pickup truck at Quick Mart 10 about 4 a.m. Feb. 18.

* Danny J. King, 22, Moreno Lane. Bond: $4,000; court date: April 2. Additional charges: violation of the implied consent law, simple possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. Also cited for running a stop sign and two counts each of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. "The defendant was pepper sprayed three times for fighting with corrections officers," reported Lewisburg Police Officer Larry Hazelwood.

* James Edward Crawley, 42, Sugartree Drive. Bond: $3,000; court date: April 2. Additional charges: driving on a suspended license and violation of the implied consent law. This is allegedly Crawley's second DUI.

* Eric D. McClean, 32, Hill Street. Bond: $1,000; court date; March 5. Additional charge: violation of the implied consent law. Also cited for speeding.

* Mark E. Claxton, 32, Heil Quaker Avenue. Bond: $500; court date: March 12.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* Between 2 p.m. Feb. 12 and 4 p.m. Feb. 19, someone struck a mailbox on West Commerce Street, causing an estimated $300-worth of damage.

* A Lewisburg woman reported to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department that someone had made three unauthorized uses of her husband's business credit card for a total of $263.08. Heritage South Community Credit Union is reimbursing the charges to his account.

* A Lewisburg man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department and the Lewisburg Police Department that his Heritage South Community Credit Union bank card had been used in California at TJ Maxx, Office Depot and Chevron. He found out when the credit union called to ask if he or his wife had been in California.

* Sometime between Feb. 11 and 15, three Lowe's square-edged shovels, worth a total of $75, were stolen from a from a property on Holly Grove Road, along with a half-full 15 gallon can of gas. A two-gallon can of gas was used, but the empty can was left behind.

* Between 6 and 11 p.m. Feb. 9, someone entered a home on Park Avenue through the back door and took a check book, a bank card, and a small DVD player, valued at $60. Three televisions and a computer were not touched.

Arrested on Feb. 15 and charged with criminal contempt of court

* Patrick E. Mitchell, 39, Long Distance Road. Jailed for 10 days.

* Agatha Rannah Hodge, 40, Murfreesboro. Hodge was ordered jailed for 60 days, but was allowed to make a bond of $16,000, according to the report by Deputy Freddie Darnell.

Arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor

* Jennifer L. Young, 20, West End Avenue North. Bond: $500; court date: March 5.

* Ashley N. Jones, 23, Holly Lane. Bond: $500; court date: March 5.

The 15-year-old male juvenile who was with Young and Jones allegedly took a case of beer from Dollar General without paying for it. He was cited for underage consumption and shoplifting and released to his mother.

Arrested and charged with theft under $500 and possession of Schedule III and IV drugs (alprazolam and vicoprofen)

* Pamela J. Edwards, 53, Shelbyville. Bond: $13,000; court date: March 12. A Lewisburg woman called police and reported Edwards had stolen pills from her purse. When Officer James Repasky talked to Edwards, she admitted the theft, and took the pills out of her pockets.

Arrested and charged with domestic assault

* Anthony B. Luna, 32, South Ellington Parkway. Bond: $1,000; court date: April 2.

* Matthew T. Pirkle Jr., 26, Belfast Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 5.

Arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license

* Michael J. Mullins, 31, Verona Road. Bond: $500; court date: April 9.

Arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license

* Donnie Earl Hancock, 55, Maple Street. Bond: $1,500; court date: March 12. This is allegedly Hancock's third offence of driving on revoked. He was also cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

Arrested on a violation-of-probation warrant

* Kristopher Henson, 24, Shelbyville. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 27.

* Trevor K. Merrow, 20, Center Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 6.

* Jennifer M. Jacobson, 34, Jackson Avenue. Bond not stated; court date: March 27.

* David J. Crutcher, 44, Biggers Street. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 19.

* Keith J. Mitchell, 23, Woodlawn Avenue. Bond: $1,000; court date: March 19.

* Victoria Cordova. 23, Maple Street. Bond: $250; court date: March 5.
