Robert Wayne "Bobby" Adams, 67, died at Hillside Hospital, Pulaski, on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
He was born in Giles County on Jan. 15, 1945, a son of the late Clinton Talmadge and Tennie Lucille Harwell Adams. He was retired from Rogers Group in Lewisburg.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Adams; son, Robert Wayne Adams Jr.; sisters, Beverly Robinson and Margaret Cheatham; and brothers, Roger Adams and Gary Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Adams of Pulaski; son, Randall Bo Adams of Cornersville; stepson, Phillip Holley and wife Nina of Pulaski; daughters, Tina Adams Owens and husband James, and Shelia Gordon and husband Ken, all of Pulaski; brothers, James Adams of Minor Hill, and Phillip and Gene Austin Adams, both of Pulaski; sisters, Kathy Dickey, Janice Popejoy, and Barbara Perkins, all of Pulaski, Carol Caldwell of Lawrenceburg, and Betty Jo Adams of Columbia; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, followed by burial in Minor Hill Cemetery.
