Willetta Elaine Thurman McClain

Willetta Elaine Thurman McClain, 58, of Nashville, departed this life on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sadie Flippin of Columbia; father, Howard Flippin; and brother, Stanley Thurman of Los Angeles, Calif.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Donnie McClain; daughter, Brandi McClain; son, Donovan (Erica) McClain of Huntsville, Ala.; two beautiful grandchildren, Elise and Donovan (DJ) Jr. of Huntsville, Ala.; mother, Harriet McKay; brother, Kelvin (Sabrina) Miles of Lakewood, Calif.; sister, Brenda (BJ) Rider of Hawaiian Gardens, Calif.

Family visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at Terrell Broady Funeral Home.

Another visitation from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 10, with the Celebration of Life service to follow at Lake Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 5891 Nolensville Pike, Reverend H. Bruce Maxwell, Pastor/Eulogist. Interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
