Clifford "Pete" Chapman
Clifford "Pete" Chapman, 59, of Belfast, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013, at his residence. He was a native of Camp Lejeune, N.C., and the son of the late Clifford Chapman and Mable Cressy Chapman. Mr. Chapman was the proud owner of P. T. Electrical & Fabrication, in which he took great pride. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mr. Chapman is survived by his wife of 37 years, Jacqueline Goldman Chapman of Belfast; one son, Chris (Sherry) Chapman of Belfast; one daughter, Laurie Reeves of Lewisburg; two sisters, Jo Chapman and Gladys Cressy, both of Belfast; three grandchildren, Lauren Reeves, Amber Reeves, and Jacob Reeves; and one great-granddaughter, Kynslee Hobby. Also surviving are four nephews; loving mother-in-law, Frances Goldman; and loving in-laws, Sherry and Tommy Price, and Burlon and Pam Goldman; and many loving friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Chapman were Monday, May 13, from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Rev. David Wall officiating, followed by burial in Short Cemetery in the Spring Place Community.
Pallbearers were Tommy Price, Burlon Goldman, Martin Self, Mark Chapman, Dickie Archer, and Cam Harmon.
Honorary pallbearers were the employees of P. T. Electrical and Fabrication, Jimmie Maynard, Spence Alderson, Antonio Adame, Miguel Martinez, Sixto Jaimes, and Kenneth Wayne Holden.
