Raymond Harold Lilly
Raymond Harold Lilly, 88, of Cornersville, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, in Marshall Medical Center.
Mr. Lilly was a native of South Charleston, W.Va., and son of the late George W. Sr. and Minnie Edna Morgan Lilly. He served his country during World War II and the Korean conflict in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired carpenter and member of the Cornersville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Beane Lilly of Cornersville; daughter, Patricia Ondo of Antioch, Calif.; stepdaughter, Tina Haynes of Murfreesboro; son, Raymond H. Lilly Jr. of Chantilly, Va.; two stepsons, Terry Harrison and Tim Harrison, both of St. Louis, Mo.; sister, Mary Ann Neely of Beckley, W.Va.; two grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Lilly's body was conveyed to Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens in Cross Lanes, W.Va., where services were conducted in the chapel on Monday, Jan. 27, with burial to follow.
