Ralph E. Hall
Ralph E. Hall, 73, of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014.
A native of Goodrich, Mich., Mr. Hall was the son of the late Eugene Hall and Laura Burton Hall. He served his country with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and retired from General Motors. He was the retired fire chief of Five Points Fire Department, a member of the South Marshall Fire Department, and was a member of the Forty & Eight, an elite part of the American Legion.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Hall, and a grandchild, J. T. Music.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Vega Hall of Lewisburg; one son, Gene (Lisa) Hall of Millington, Mich.; one daughter, Eva (Richard) Williams of Lewisburg; and two stepdaughters, Annette Haynes of Lewisburg and Sherry Music of Lennon, Mich.; one brother, Bill Hall of Houston, Texas; one sister, Beverly (Rob) Dillard of Florida; 10 grandchildren, Angie and Sarah Belchick, Laura Hall, D.J and Cheyenna Bates, Justin Williams, Andrea and Andrew Haynes, and Joshua and Jacob Music; five great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Jack Herriman.
Funeral services for Mr. Hall will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, from the Chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home, with military honors.
Burial will follow in Gills Chapel Cemetery in Lewisburg.
Visitation with the family will start at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
