Joy Potts McCall

Joy Potts McCall, 63, of Unionville, died Saturday evening, March 1, 2014, in Nashville.

Mrs. McCall was born in Marshall County and was a graduate of Forrest High School, Class of 1968. She was a member of El Bethel Church of Christ. Joy was a homemaker and was retired from Flowers for Keeps Florist in Shelbyville after more than 20 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Prentice Potts.

Mrs. McCall is survived by her husband, Joe McCall of Unionville; sons, Randy (Kim) McCall of the Rover Community and Gary (Amanda) McCall of Unionville; mother, Josephine Potts of Lewisburg; sister, Wanda Louise Potts of Lewisburg; brothers, Prentice (Karen) Potts of the Flat Creek Community of Williamson County and Ken Potts of Lewisburg; two grandchildren, Nicolas and Mackenzie McCall; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 4, from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Donnie Rader officiating. Burial followed in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
