Edward Hillard, 60, of Lewisburg, died Friday, March 7, 2014, after an extended illness.
Mr. Hillard was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Charles Columbus and Barbara Jean Henry Hillard. He was a member of LifeSong Family Church and New Life Community Church of Lewisburg. He was retired after 15 years with Marshall Farmers Co-Op of Lewisburg and was formerly employed for over 18 years with Roberts Chevrolet of Lewisburg. Mr. Hillard was a member of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Hillard Dodson, and a grandson, Jeffrey Clark Taylor.
Mr. Hillard is survived by his wife, Felicia Hillard of Lewisburg; daughter, Stacey (Jeff) Sharpe of Lewisburg; sons, Joseph (Amy) Hillard of Rockvale and Jonathan Hillard of Chapel Hill; brother, Kenneth (Patricia) Hillard of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Curt Taylor, Ben Taylor, Alex Hillard, and Brayden Hillard; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at LifeSong Family Church on Sunday, March 9, with Pastor Rocky Cunningham officiating. Burial followed in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg.
