Arrested on warrants for TennCare fraud and failure to appear

* Jennifer Rose White, 21, Culleoka. White is held without bond on the TennCare fraud warrant, and has a $50,000 bond on the failure-to-appear charge. She made her first court appearance on March 14, and remains jailed.

Arrested on warrants for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance

* Joel E. Jones, 35, Belfast Farmington Road. Bond and court date not stated.

Arrested and charged with driving under the influence

* Jeremy T. McElhaney, 34, Church Road. Bond: $2,000; court date: May 12. Also charged with driving on a revoked license. This is allegedly McElhaney's third DUI.

* Della J. Beyer, 51, Chapel Hill. Bond: $1,000; court date: April 22. Also charged with violation of the implied consent law and cited for violation of the light law (only one headlight working).

* John C. Williams II, 27, Spring Place Road. Bond: $500; court date: April 14. Also cited for driving without headlights.

Arrested and charged with indecent exposure

* Joshua D. Nail, 29, Washington Drive. Bond: $500; court date: April 7. About 10 p.m. Nail allegedly took off his clothes in the restroom and then walked around nude in the Big Wash Tub Laundromat, according to the report by Lewisburg Police Officer Clyde Ragsdale. Two young women were there washing clothes, and one videoed him with her cell phone.

Thefts and vandalism reported

* Between 4:30 and 6 p.m. March 16, someone forced open the door of a home on Franklin Road and took an Xbox 360 and eight games and a dark purple Kodak camera. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $650.

* Someone took 14 vehicle batteries (four good ones), a gear box from a grain elevator, and some scrap metal from a farm on Williams Road, Cornersville. Total value of the missing items was estimated at $575.

* On March 12, $500 worth of damage was done to the trunk of a car parked in a driveway on Center Street when Johnthan T. Tyree, 20, Holly Grove Road, allegedly hit it with a large rock.

* Between 5 and 9 p.m. March 9, a handmade bookshelf and five pictures in frames, worth a total of $400, were taken from where they had been placed in the front yard of a home on L & N Avenue. Two chairs were also taken, but they were found in an abandoned house next door.

* A Lewisburg man reported to Marshall County Sheriff's Department that American Airlines fraud department called from Orlando airport to confirm a charge of $395 to his US Bank Visa card. The man told them he had not approved any use of his card.

* Between 7 p.m. March 12 and 2:10 a.m. March 13, a two-year-old black and white Boston terrier named Heidi was taken from her pen behind a home on North Church Street. The other dog who was in the pen, a Jack Russell terrier, was not taken. Heidi is worth $350.

* Sometime between March 7 and 10, a backup storage device worth $100 was stolen from Celebration Family Care. The device contains personal information for all employees and information about the business itself.

* On March 15, Lewisburg Police Officer Charles Brannan was called to a home on 5th Avenue South where a 2004 Dodge pickup and a 2010 Nissan Altima had been vandalized by spray painting them with insults. There was no estimate given for repairing the damage.
