Patricia Grace Reynolds Bensinger

Patricia Grace Reynolds Bensinger, 73, of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at NHC Healthcare-Lewisburg.

Mrs. Bensinger was born on Oct. 24, 1941, in Lewisburg and was the daughter of the late James Franklin Reynolds Jr. and Lillian Rose Holman Reynolds. She earned a master's degree in child psychology and a bachelor's degree in English. She taught high school and junior high school English in Marshall and Lincoln counties for many years.

Patsy loved to travel the world. She embraced all the historical sites. She enjoyed games, such as crossword puzzles and Scrabble. She will be missed and thought of fondly by those hearts that she touched.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Bensinger, who passed away in 2008.

She is survived by two sons, Patrick (Hallie) Bensinger of Memphis and Michael (Elizabeth) Bensinger of Lewisburg; one brother, Ronnie (Gilda) Reynolds of Cape Coral, Fla.; two stepgrandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, in the Chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Rev. Claude McMillion officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at noon until the service hour.
