Andrew Jackson Isley, Jr.
Andrew Jackson Isley, Jr., age 92 of Lewisburg, died Sunday, July 12, 2015, at his home.
Mr. Isley was a native of Marshall County. He was the son of the late Andrew Jackson, Sr. and Laura Keel Isley. He was a member of East Commerce Baptist Church and was retired from the City of Lewisburg as a heavy equipment operator.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Virginia Chilton Isley, daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Claude Shirley, Jr. and brother, Harvey Jefferson Isley. He is survived by three sons, Charles (Betty) Isley of Tullahoma, Tennessee; Billy (Brenda) Isley of Verona, Tennessee, and Bobby (Tammy) Isley of Cornersville; two daughters, Faye (Leon) Luna of Lewisburg; and Beverley (Andrew) Deardorff of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Eleven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial following in Temple Cemetery.
The family was at the funeral home for visitation on Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Tuesday until the funeral hour.
Cornersville Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
