Anthony Lee (Tony) Harmond, age 51 of Christiansburg, Virginia, died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, in Franklin, Tennessee.

Tony was a Marshall County native and son of Jimmy and Catherine Hargrove Harmond of Lewisburg. He was in the graduating classes of 1982 at Marshall County High School and 1987 from MTSU in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Tony was a manager with FedEx in Roanoke, Virginia. He was a family man who loved his family dearly and he was an avid golfer in his spare time, always playing anywhere he could find a golf course.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Stacey Dunn Harmond of Christiansburg; stepson, Heath Wilson; and stepdaughter, Natalie Wilson both of Christiansburg; brother, Sam (Angelina) Harmond of Temecula, California; sister, Renee (Cliff) Vines of Lewisburg; step grandmother, Mary Ruth Hargrove of Lewisburg; four nephews and one niece; and four close friends, Scott McGuire of Nashville, Tennessee; Mike McCray of Minnesota; Joe Pancake of Nashville; and Britt Wrinkle of Memphis, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Cliff Vines and Rev. Fred Austin at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, from the chapel of London Funeral Home.

The family will be at London Funeral Home for visitation from 4 until 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday until the funeral hour. Following the services, his body will be cremated and a memorial service will be conducted later in Christiansburg.
