Frances Wall Goldman
Frances Wall Goldman, age 83 of Cornersville, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, in Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Mrs. Goldman was a Marshall County native and daughter of the late Davy Tell and Beatrice Compton Wall. She was employed with Shoes and More for several years. She was a member of Brick Church Presbyterian Church. All who knew Frances knew her love of her yard. This brought her much joy and she was proud of how immaculate she kept it. She enjoyed all her grandchildren who brought smiles to her face.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-three years, Roy Burlon Goldman, Sr., brother, Lyndell Wall, and two sisters, Julene Meadows and Elizabeth Franklin. She is survived by a son, Burlon, Jr. (Pam) Goldman of Cornersville, two daughters, Sherry (Tommy) Price of Murfreesboro, and Jackie Chapman of Belfast, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren, brother, Rev. David Ray Wall of Tullahoma and sister, Grace Finley of Lewisburg, several nieces and nephews along with many special friends who she enjoyed chatting with each day.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Jan. 16, 2017, at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home and burial followed in Beechwood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family was at Cornersville Funeral Home Sunday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday 12 p.m. until the funeral hour.
Cornersville Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
