• The Marshall County Election Commission, 230 College Street, Suite 120, Lewisburg, will meet Monday, June 19, 2017, at 9 a.m. To conduct election business which comes before the commission pursuant to its duties listed in, but not limited to. • The Lewisburg Recreation Board will hold their regular meeting Monday, June 19, 6 p.m. at the Lewisburg Recreation Ctr., 1551 Mooresville Hwy.

• The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities will hold its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, June 20, 2017, 9 a.m., at 624 West Commerce St., Lewisburg, in the Doug Rogers Board Room.

• Lewisburg Planning & Zoning Meeting, June 20, 2017, 3:30 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall.

• The Marshall County Republican Party monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. at the Henry Horton State Park Restaurant. Guest speakers will be Senator Jim Tracy and State Rep. Rick Tillis.

• Marshall County Board Of Commissioners regular meeting will be held On June 26, 2017, 6 p.m., in Room 2204 in the Courthouse Annex. See Legal Ad for agenda.

• The Community Development Board of the City of Lewisburg will hold their monthly meeting Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 12 p.m., at the Historic 1st Avenue Building, 207 1st Avenue.

• Lewisburg Electric System’s Board of Public Utilities will hold their regular Board meeting on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at 6 p.m. at the LES office, 599 W. Ellington Pkwy. The meeting is open to the public.

• Lewisburg Kiwanis Club will be holding their annual 4th of July Golf Tournament at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. All proceeds go to help children in need in Marshall County. Sign ups are at the Rec. Center. We will pay for four flight winners if the tournament is full. Tournament sponsors, door prizes, and players are all needed.
