Swerving Ford leads to arrest, multiple charges

ē On July 30, Detective Anthony Garrett was on patrol and observed a Ford F150 truck swerving from lane to lane on West Commerce. Once Garrett stopped the driver, he noticed a passenger as well. During the traffic stop, the driver, LeEddie Coleman, became uncooperative on at least four occasions. Coleman gave Garrett false information regarding his Social Security number, and his date of birth, full name. He also stated that his driverís license was from the state of Minnesota. Eventually, Coleman provided Garrett with correct information. Coleman was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear. His driverís license was also found to be revoked. The truck he was driving, was also found to be stolen. Garrett found a crack pipe on the floor board of the truck as well. Coleman was taken into custody and was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, driving while revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His total bond was set for $13,000.

ē On July 30, Officer Kyle Dickson responded to a domestic disturbance on New Columbia Road in Lewisburg. When Dickson arrived to the residence, Amanda Dawn Mather was observed to be heavily intoxicated and was yelling and cursing at the owner of her home, Jerry Price. Mather had thrown Priceís belonging into the yard and pool prior to Dicksonís arrival. Mather was asked to calm down several times, but she would not. Due to her level of intoxication, she was seen as a threat to herself and the public and was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Matherís bond was set at $1,500.
