Floyd Edward Hobby, age 84, of Belfast, died Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, in Marshall Medical Center.

Mr. Hobby was a native of Marshall County, TN, born on Sept. 8, 1933 to the late Odell and Sarah Cozart Hobby. He coached the Mustangs Youth Football team for thirty-six years, was retired from International Comfort Products, and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Danny Hobby; two brothers, Billy Hobby and Jimmy Hobby; and great granddaughter, Katelyn Hightower.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Elizabeth Keel Hobby of Belfast; three daughters, Debbie (Tim) Shelton, Tina (Phil) Rodgers, and Leona Hubrich, all of Lewisburg; three brothers, Cordell Hobby of Verona, Charles Hobby of Belfast, and Odell Hobby of Orlando, FL; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted by Bro. Arthur Payne Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.

The family will be at London Funeral Home Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour for visitation.
