Bank names Brown chief marketing officer
COLUMBIA, Tenn. – First Farmers recently announced Felicia Y. Brown has been promoted to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, Felicia will be responsible for leading the corporate marketing strategy while supporting the brand and ensuring the achievement of First Farmers’ corporate growth goals and objectives.
A Middle Tennessee native, Brown has been with First Farmers since 2002, most recently serving as Senior Product Development Officer. She began her tenure at First Farmers as a Mortgage Paralender, also holding the positions of Remote Deposit Specialist and Treasury Management Officer.

Felicia’s accomplishments during her time at First Farmers include leading a number of product development efforts and new customer enhancement projects. During this time, she was awarded the First Farmers Innovation Award in 2009 which is given to the employee or team of employees making the most significant innovation in the delivery of products and services to the bank’s customers.

Felicia graduated from the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking and earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Business Administration. Felicia is a member of the ABA Bank Marketing Network.
