Drug suspects rounded up after months of investigation

Authorities conducted a roundup in Marshall County on Sept. 7 of individuals charged with drug offenses.

The 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force, along with the Lewisburg Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, served arrest warrants on 15 individuals, following months of investigation.

In all, the 15 arrested were charged with 35 separate drug offenses, ranging from possession of drug paraphernalia to sale of cocaine.

Some of the warrants date back to 2015 and detail investigations carried out by undercover agents of law enforcement, as well as confidential informants.

In a statement, the MSCO said that further arrests stemming from this investigation were expected, as more suspects were located.

The following is a list of those arrested, their charges, and their bond amounts.

Parker

Jacqueline J. Tidwell: sale of Schedule II Drug, $25,000.

Luis Consuelo: sale of Schedule VI Drug, $7,500.

Amber Marie Webster: Conspiracy to Distribute a Schedule II Drug and Sale of Schedule II Drug, $12,000.

Martin

Tanya Louise Foster: Criminal Conspiracy, $6,000.

Marco Antonio Delgado Lopez: Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II Drug, Sale of Schedule II Drug, Possession of Schedule II for Resale, Possession of Schedule VI for Resale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Armed Dangerous Felony, $57,000.

Leonard Nelson Labraney, Jr.: Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II Drug and Sale of Schedule II Drug, $11,000.

Sanders

Amanda Lynn Sanders: Simple Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $1,500.

Carlos Damien Martin: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Possession of Schedule II Drug, Possession of Schedule VI for Resale, and Possession of Schedule II for Resale, $18,500.

Eric Carl Parker: Possession of Schedule II Drug for Resale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Simple Possession of Marijuana, $8,500.

Sanders

Daniel J. Durso: Possession of Schedule VI for Resale, $3,000.

Thomas A. Parker: 3 counts of Sale of a Schedule II Drug, $22,500.

Robert Keon Davis: Conspiracy to Distribute a Schedule II Drug, $6,000.

Lopez

Reginald Kyvon Davis: Conspiracy to Distribute a Schedule II Drug, Sale of Schedule II Drug, $13,500.

Martin Marcoantonio Guillen: Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II Drug and Sale of Schedule II Drug, $40,000.

Johnny Lynn Sanders: Possession of Schedule VI for Resale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Sale of Schedule VI Drug, $6,500.
