4-H Achievement Awards

The Marshall County 4-H Achievement Banquet was held on Monday, Dec. 10, at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. The event honored the top young people in the Marshall County 4-H program for the past year. Youth were invited if they won first or second in any county competitive 4-H event or participated in 4-H competition beyond the county level (regional, state or national) or excelled in leadership roles at county or beyond. Awards were given to each youth along with “Most Outstanding Youth” of each grade level, outstanding volunteer leaders, teachers, and sponsors of the Marshall County 4-H program. A special ceremony was conducted to induct the new members to the Honor Club group, which is the first level of 4-H membership of the Tennessee 4-H Recognition system.
