Marian Patricia "Pat" Cook
Mrs. Marian Patricia “Pat” Cook, 73, of Lewisburg, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at her residence.
Mrs. Cook was a native of Marshall County, the daughter of the late Lewis Melvin and Edna Mai Bailey Parker. She was a homemaker and member of the Westvue Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of over 55 years, David Griffin Cook; two daughters, Susan Elaine (Richard) Ragsdale of Petersburg and Alison Patricia Cook of Lewisburg; one son, Brian David (Julie) Cook of Lewisburg; one sister, Kathy (Babe) Hardison of Lewisburg; and one half brother, Johnny Ray Parker of Houston, TX. Four grandchildren; one aunt, Betty Bigger of Lewisburg; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, also survive. She was preceded in death by one sister, Joycelyn (Robert) Orr in 2015, and a half brother, David Lewis Parker in 2007.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at 2 p.m. from Westvue Church of Christ with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Monday evening from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Westvue and will continue on Tuesday until the funeral hour.
