The Marshall County Education Committee Meeting will meet Tuesday, June 22 at 5:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Marshall County Board of Education located at 700 Jones Circle, Lewisburg, TN.
Invitation to Bid Dell High Capacity Toner Cartridges Marshall County Schools, Lewisburg, Tennessee, is accepting bids for 50 Brother high capacity cartridges for Brother 6200 laser printers, 50 high capacity cartridges for Dell 2330dn printers, 50 high capacity cartridges for Dell 2360dn printers, and 75 high capacity cartridges for Dell 2830dn printers. Also, please include 20 printer drums per model (6200, 2330, 2360, 2830) for a total of 80 drums. All cartridges and drums should meet OEM specifications. Bids should be at fixed rate for 3 years. All bids must be submitted to: Teresa Moses Marshall County Schools 700 Jones Circle Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 All bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2021. All bids received after 10:00 a.m. will not be considered. Vendors should supply (1) original and (2) copies of their bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid-Toner Cartridges.” A copy of the bid form may be found attached or at the Central Office. Invitation to Bid Gasoline and Diesel Fuel The Marshall County Board of Education is accepting bids on non-ethanol gasoline and diesel fuel. Bids must be 89 octane quality or higher. Price is to include delivery within 48 hours and being pumped into tanks owned by the school system. The quantity to be used is approximately 10,000 gallons per month for nine months. Owner has two 10,000 gallon tanks for diesel fuel, and one 3,000 gallon tank for gasoline located at the school bus garage. Owner has one 1,000 gallon tank for diesel and one 500 gallon tank for gas at Forrest. Owner has one 1,000 gallon tank at Cornersville High School. The bidder shall service these tanks. Bidder must supply pumps for the three locations. Possible penalties are applicable for late deliveries. Proof of rack average for day of fill up must be supplied with each invoice. Diesel is to be pure and not Bio-Diesel. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid –Gasoline/Diesel” and returned to the Office of the Director of Schools by 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2021. Successful bidder must file through their office Federal Excise Tax Rebate for any fuel purchased. Bid sheet is available at 700 Jones Circle.
