Charlie Lee Haislip, 90, of Lebanon, TN passed away on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021. Charlie was born March 15, 1931, to Homer Lee Haislip and Nannie Laura Edwards Haislip. He was married to Mary Frances on Nov. 6, 1955, in Corinth, MS. Charlie worked as Lather for Liddle Brothers until he was 76. He was a member of Wingate Church of Christ and Lebanon Senior Center. Charlie was very passionate about his family, Church and bingo. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances; daughter, Deborah Ann; sisters, Lorene Ketchum, Geraldine Lines, Nancy Louis Reese; brothers, James Howard Haislip, John Dee Haislip; and his second wife, Sara. Charlie is survived by his daughter, Donna Kay Vanderpool; grandchildren, Jeremy Thomas (Mary) Vanderpool, Alicia Nicole (Sergio) Godina, Tiffany Dawn (Jeremy) Geer; great-grandchildren, Jeremy Caiden Vanderpool, Matthew King Godina, Maisie Laine Vanderpool, and Eva Grace Godina.
A visitation for Charlie will be held Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204. A visitation will take place Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
